If you are located outside these areas, submit a request anyway and we will let you know whether we can accommodate your location. Our network of qualified gardeners continues to expand, and we regularly add new service areas based on demand.

Not at all. Many of our clients are at work or otherwise occupied during their scheduled service visits. As long as our team has clear access to your garden, whether through an unlocked side gate or other arrangement you are comfortable with, we can complete the work without you needing to be present. We always send a notification when we arrive and when we finish, along with a summary of work completed and any photos if relevant.

Yes. We understand that plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need to reschedule, simply let us know at least 24 hours before your booked time and we will find an alternative date that works for you at no extra charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small fee to cover the allocated travel and scheduling time, but we always discuss this transparently beforehand. There are no long-term lock-in contracts with any of our service plans.
